STEPHEN AT PIANO

A resident pianist and piano-accordionist at Kettner's restaurant from 2002 to 2008, Stephen has composed many TV and film scores including 1999 Cultural Prix Italia winner 'The Hunt'; (BBC/ZDF),two documentaries on Princess Diana for ITV and musicals such as Alice Through the Looking Glass (Critics Choice, Sunday Times, New End Hampstead 2000)

Stephen gained a First in Music at Christ Church College, Canterbury and Distinction at Grade 8 Piano; he has a varied repertoire from classical to American standards, from ragtime and Fats Waller to easy listening and Latin.

He is very happy to tailor the music to suit your tastes.

On piano-accordion his speciality is European music, especially Edith Piaf and Nino Rota, themes from Jacques Tati and Fellini films.

Released on DVD is LEIF LETZEBUERGER or CHARLOTTE: A ROYAL AT WAR: score by Stephen Daltry, this feature documentary on Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg has received screenings in Luxembourg, London and the USA. Director Ray Tostevin, Grace Productions.

Also out on DVD: 'THE LOST WORLD OF MR HARDY', a feature documentary by directors Andrew Heathcote and Heike Bachelier for Trufflepig Films, which was reviewed in the Times (30th Oct 2009) by film director Ken Russell:
